Sydney City Hyundai was operating without a physical dealership location, which made building trust and generating leads far more difficult. As a greenfield site with no database, they needed to redefine their brand identity while simultaneously meeting rising sales targets. All of this had to be achieved quickly, requiring the deployment of an end-to-end digital only approach.
AXL MEDIA built a fully digital, multi-platform campaign centred around Hyundai's "Ever... Now you can" brand construct, leaning into modern conveniences like at-home test drives and 100% online purchasing to remove the need for a physical showroom.
Campaigns were hyper-targeted to Sydney's eastern suburbs, highlighting key models including the Tucson, Santa Fe, Kona, Palisade, and i30. Activity ran across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, Spotify, 9Now, and LinkedIn, with each platform playing a distinct role from awareness to lead capture.
Short-form video, carousels, and reels drove storytelling, while integrated lead forms, landing pages, and active community management ensured no lead went cold. AXL MEDIA handled initial lead conversations directly, with warm handoffs to the sales team for follow-up.
